Orders within Cairo typically arrive in 2–3 business days. International orders take 7–14 days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number once your bag ships, so you can follow its journey.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the bag is unused and in original condition. Exchanges for a different size or style are free. Just contact us with your order number and we'll arrange pickup from Cairo.
